Bought this shower caddy couple of months ago. Well designed and well made EXCEPT finish--I already see specks of rust on several of the wires on the baskets.

I was searching for quite sometime for a shower caddy that fit over the towel bar in my shower, when I saw the photo of this one hanging perfectly over the towel bar, I was relieved to finally find what I was looking for! ....but no, it actually fits horribly. Not only does it hang freely on an angle, items keep falling out of it, and just after a few days of use, it was full of RUST! The design on this definitely needs some tweaking.

I purchased this caddy a few months ago. I went to clean it off today from the normal soap and shampoo that had splattered on it while taking a shower. There is some type of strange coating that keeps coming off in my hands as I was cleaning it. It looks like bits of plastic and no, it isn't the soap scum coming off. All I did was spray it with Fantastik and went to wipe it off and realized my caddy was having a gross case of plastic dandruff flakes. My guess is that it was sprayed with something so it wouldn't rust but geez...it comes off the first time you clean it?

Does not work over shower enclosure. First one ordered was defective, replacement would not sit upright in my shower.

We moved into a new place and needed something for a shower stall and I didn't want the floor to ceiling stand again. You can move the 2 shelves for different heights, so all of my shower goodies fit in to this caddy. It's not too big for our shower stall. I don't use the bottom soap rack for soap, I use it for other smaller items for pedi's, etc.
