I have been very impressed with the body measurements readings with this scale. Numerous of people have weighed on this scale and all had accurate body measurements readings.

The scale seemed just what I was looking for but quit working after 3 months. After working with the customer service at taylor I found it was bad and needed to be sent in for warranty...It cost near as much to ship back which is our responsibility for the warranty as It did to purchase in the first place. The costomer service was real helpful and friendly at taylor but time and cost involved in sending it back- not worth it. Its garbage.

This is probably the nicest looking scale in within a $100 range. A lot of company uses the bathroom I keep this in, and I was not afraid to leave it out.
But in terms of useability this little guy is not a winner. The buttons are very difficult to use. I often had to pick the scale up and click the buttons with my hand just to start it up every day.
Finally the battery life is terrible. I'm talking 2 months. It's just unacceptable.
It functioned alright, the scale seemed to read a little light, but not by much. And if I was careful about having clean feet the body fat readings seemed consistent, though definitely low (I had often still had wet feet, so this probably affected it).
I cannot reccomend this item, however.
Bad Out of the Box July 18, 2010

It looks nice, but it doesn't work. It only reads 0.0 then goes off, as if to say, "Job well done!" I can set my profile, and it keeps my info, but it refuses to weigh anything or anyone. The plastic parts are extremely flimsy, as well.

Scale worked for several months then began receiving error messages and erratic weights. Called Taylor customer service rep was not helpful, said my problem was very unusual. Apparently has never looked at the reviews on Amazon. I will never buy another Taylor product and this one is going in the trash. Expensive and poor quality.
