Moen products are well put together and this towel ring was no exception. I have just installed it and so far the quality is good and looking at the build quality I think it will last a long time.
The product arrived in the original box with all necessary screws and wall plugs for mounting it.

I was shocked at how heavy--and how stunning--this towel ring was when I lifted it out of its packing. Its heft and character remind me of an antique. No exaggeration, it's as pretty as an art object. I didn't know whether to put a towel on it or display it in a gallery.
But make sure you mount it with the accompanying anchors--this is not metal coating on plastic! Solid metal that will need support. Superior product!
