Product Description Croscill's Fabric Shower Curtain Liners are 100% Polyester and water repellent. Use the tone on tone stripe curtain alone or as a protective liner for your decorative shower curtain. The curtain has leaded beads in the bottom hem and metal grommets to hang from at the top edge.

Lightweight and durable July 20, 2010 Lee Lukaszewicz (New England) We decided to change to a cloth shower liner when we learned of the toxicity of vinyl liners after reading Slow Death by Rubber Duck: The Secret Danger of Everyday Things. This one has met all expectations. We have had no trouble with water seepage. It is sufficiently watertight and dries quickly. Also, it is very lightweight compared to vinyl. We have a tension rod rather that the kind that is screwed into the wall, and with this liner, it no longer slips. This curtain has been through several washes, and it remains crisp and still looks like new. I like being able to throw it in the wash every few weeks rather than having the dirty vinyl liner up for longer periods of time.
One thing to note: the product description says there are weights in the bottom hem of the curtain. There are not. However, this has not been an issue. The curtain hangs flat with no problem.
Style and Quality; Not monthly replacements July 12, 2010 John N. Schear (Roanoke, Virginia United States) For years I have been a slave to the plastic throw-a-way shower curtain liner. No big deal except for a few bucks a month you get a new liner and start all over again. With the Croscill (a top name in curtains for me) Fabric Liner this is a whole new adventure in taking a shower. That's a bit over the top but the liner is just perfect for my needs. The length was the first factor that hit me. It is amply in length and if anything it could be considered a tad long but the fix is simple but I do not want to make the fix. After 21 days I washed it and rehung it. Perfect. No shrinkage. No element whatsoever could be called negative. The weight keeps it from blowing in as most cheap plastic do. Even though it is linen it does not leak through to the main curtain. Given its condition now after several washings it should last far beyond its cost compared to the cost of several plastic ones. This is one of those "value for your money" deals where the initial cost exceeded that of the other product but the value has been so much better. Above all I like it and frankly that matters most.
Fabric Liner July 5, 2010 Regina Campbell I like the Croscill fabric curtain much more then the store bought plastic liners. They hold up well and don't need to be replaced because you can wash them over and over.
Just Bought My Second One June 25, 2010 Carmen (Washington, DC) This fabric shower curtain looks very clean and crisp. It adds a spa-like feeling to the bathroom. The weights at the bottom help it stay in place. After a year of use, the bottom of the curtain did accumulate mold that could not be bleached out. If the curtain was more expensive, I might be disappointed, but after year of use and for the low price, we just bought another one. It is water resistant, and held together in the washing machine. I highly recommmend it.
3 years of use June 20, 2010 Sue B. Honey (Tallahassee, FLA) This is a nice alternative to a vinyl curtain. I paired with with Pinzon Ottoman Rib Shower Curtain, Oat and the colors work well together.
However, it does not repel mold & mildew. I'm tossing it it after three years of use. In all honesty, I should have tossed it long ago but I was too cheap to buy another.
