Simply put:
* easy to put up (it was up and done in 15 minutes)
* looks great (and sure looks to be great quality too)
* very sturdy

We just purchased our retirement and it had 2 shower rods. I have never thought about having the shower curtain on a separate rod than the liner. By having the dual rod, I am able to keep the shower curtain drawn back to give me more light in the shower and it is not as unsightly as having 2 rods. I liked it so well I ordered one for the guest bathroom. My first guest asked where I got it so she could order one. Love it!

I'm extremely disappointed with this shower rod. Within a few months it had small spots of rust along the entire length. Now I can't remove it. I think that I'm going to have to cut it off with a grinder or hacksaw.

I like the design. I have a small bathroom it's difficult to find space for towel bars for my towels to dry successfully. That may be part of the reason that after 3 years I've noticed rust on the bar closest to the shower. I just plan to spray paint it and go on.

I thought it would be great to have an extra rod to hang towels on when we have company. However, the quality is so poor it only lasted 10 months. One of the rods over-extended itself while being installed the first time and we had to force it into place. We recently remodelled and can't re-use the rod because we were unable to remove it without breaking it. Also, the finish is not metal at all but painted plastic. This should have been half the cost for the poor quality. I would not recommend this product.
