Case seems okay, but NON-recyclable plastic July 31, 2010

This case seems sturdy enough, but I was greatly disappointed to see that the plastic is non-recyclable. This day and age it's really not acceptable for companies to be using plastic that is completely non-recyclable. My wife and I purchased this locally but will be returning it and looking for a product that is made of recyclable plastic so that when we are done with it it can be turned into something else.
I simply can't support "outdoor" and travel companies that aren't producing more sustainable gear anymore.
